All I can say is the stock pan licks the sack.
Going through a medeocure bend at a decent speed will make my oil pressure bounce like crazy.

i run one on my b18c. I like it, the only complaint is the bead weld on the mateing flange gets in the way of the screw collars...I had to file it down in a few spots and I also had to cut my inspection cover for my flywheel to be able to put it back on.
I definatly recommend useing the moroso oil pick up also, if not your gonna run into trouble with the kick out starving you of oil. it takes a magic trick to get the pan on with their pick up in place also...but it will fit, just only one way.
and dont get crazy with the fittings for you oil drain or oil temp sensor cause its light aluminum and the threads strip real easy...trust me...it wasnt fun.

Here's a place that sell baffles that you can weld in...
http://www.fastlineperformance...e.htm
Or you could always just make your own, very simple concept.

Whats its clear advantage over a stocker pan?
For instance, Priority rated:
Say your pieceing together things, and you Already a hella lot of **** to buy and your wanting to get it in and running.
Would you consider this a must, or a "It can wait" upgrade?

If you use the Moroso stud kit for the pan make sure you use some loctite on the studs. Mine kept backing out until I added a dab of loctite on each stud.
