Just curious what kind of setups everybody is running and boost levels to achieve 12 second time slips.

a friend of mine went 12.80's with stock injectors a little while back. he ran about 14 pounds of boost. race gas, t/3 turbo, intercooler, bov, wastegate, s-afc and some other little bullshit. he's getting ready to upgrade to 440 injectors and a t3/t4. should run low low 12's at least. maybe 18 lbs of boost. we'll see.

i remember in maryland....a kid did 12.9 on his LS on 10psi...he had a stock motor also with an ACT Extreme pp and 6 puck disk...he was using those 13 inch lensos with slicks...he also had no back seats...

The reason I am asking this question is that my friend has an LS turbo. I do a lot of research for him on this board. As you can see, I ask lots of questions.LOL This past sunday in 70 degree weather and 70 degree humidity the car went 12.9 at 106 mph with a blown head gasket. This was done on little 14 inch slicks. Also runnin 8-9 psi of boost depending on wich gear. Stock injectors and stock ecu. The highest trap speed of the day was 109 and I know the car can go faster. He also has an ACT clutch and no back seats.

that sounds good. i talked to my friend and he went 12.90 @ 108 on 12.5 lbs of boost. stock injectors, ecu, spark. he was using 24 inch slicks which are a little big for his present set up. if he had 22's, he would have run a better et. when he upgrades his injectors, he'll be running 18 lbs of boost. his car has full leather interior, including back seats, air bags, abs, the works. stereo w/ amp, speakers, everything.

It can be done with 10-15psi of boost on a stock motor. The ls is great for turbo app since the compression is so low. What you need though is fuel. I was running a 370cc and 12psi and 12.8 full interior in hb. street tires. Dynoed 248hp at that level. The goal for intergra is to make around 280hp at around 12psi you should be running 12s with slicks.

I can't wait till he gets 440's. The boost is going to go up and the times are going to go down. LOW 12's here we come LOL .

one of my friends has run before a 12.4... and this was years ago in his ls turbo... its gutted... but he has a few weight adders in it... like a roll cage and stuff...

actually... some people may know the car...the blue "monster integra"
and he ran it on a bone stock motor... bone stock ecu

we just run 10's with full interior....then take it to the grocery store.

Last night some kid with a Silver turbo LS...got a ticket in front of Dunkin Donuts in Union...felt bad for the kid...

I was there as well. The funny part is that he wasn't even speeding. We know the prosecuter of UNION COUNTY, he is going to get off. He didnt' think he did anything wrong so he didnt' even show them the golden shield or the PBA card.

my car wasn't there...i've got a turbo RS...I was with the 2 kids with the silver hatch..the one infront of the silver LS not the other one...and the black coupe....we were there to just get coffee and all these cars came up...i thought it was a meet or something...i had a white tshirt on and jeans...which kid were you???...i was gonna ask your friends setup..(looked like a drag kit)..but he seemed pissed bout the ticket so i didn't bother...guess what...i also got a ticket a week ago..damn..i don't know how i'm gonna handle the $193 ticket and 4 points ...

I was wearing a grey wife beater and grey swooshes and had my girl with me (she had on a black skurt with white top). I had the red integra parked right next to the sivler one. We hang out there almost every week night in the summer. And it is a like mini meet most of the time.

i've gone 12.6 @113 on drag radials with 10 psi(creeping to 11-12)in my 91 rs integra with 9:1 je's,crower rods and a rev hard kit--full street trim(weighs about 2550)...recently went 12.9 @110 on street tires spinning all of 1st and 2nd at 10 psi(with slow 1/8 mile so i know there's a mid 12 in there somewhere)

Did I mention this run was achieved with a blown head gasket?
12.9 at 106 with blown headgasket is ******* crazzy. His highest mph was 109 that day. It was very hot outside. 70 humidity. That was only 8-9 psi of boost.
