how many miles in your exedy twin disk
just wanted to see how the exedy twin disk worked out for most people on their daily driven high hp vehicles. want to get a feel for how long it should last.
how many miles do u have, and if u got it rebuilt after how many miles did u need to get it rebuilt. and if u want to throw in what type of setup your running might help.

i agree with joe a bad *** clutch the only downfall about it is the price to rebuild the damn thing.... i got about 14,000mile on the street 200 dyno pulls and about 100passes at the track before it died

I sell Exedys and I know a bunch of STis that have twin carbon or cermatellics with 30k plus, still making around 450-500 whp.
P.S. The one with the most drag passes still has only gone down the track about 50 times, these are mostly backroads/highway drivers.

So far my exedy has lasted over 24,000 miles daily driven. It's probably a 95% daily driven car....it's been built for the highway and for road race type courses. It has also seen four or five passes at the 1/4 track. It will soon go to an HPDE event as well.
I absolutely love the clutch though. There isn't much engagement free play, but enough that you can drive it smoothly without any jerkiness. Yay for exedy haha
If you're interested in the setup, just click on the "My Garage" link in my signature for my "Honda-Tech Garage".
