Default How To Make A Filter Fit My Turbo?!?

Ok i have read that i will need a 90 degree arm to mount the filter so it faces up. I have seen people buying it from Home Depot? What is it? What section is it in?

TIA

Try atpturbo.com . I got my 90 rubber elbow there and all my other silicon transistions. Worked out nice.

I use my stock intake, and cut out a 90 degree bend from it. Works like a charm.

I used the elbow that comes with the drag turbo kit. It was a little short so I had a piece welded onto it, to extend it so I could put a filter on it.

i'd be scared to hydrolock with a setup like that <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by sneakypete &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

This what i think im going to do. PVC pipe didnt melt or anything right? You just clamped it down with regular hose clamp?

THanks for all the replies

I went back and asked the person in the plumbing section. They were like they dont have it. Only had it in 1 1/2 inch. I might have to try another home depot or Lowes.

Do you realize how much water youd have to suck up to hydrolock a turbo car? Fill up the 10 feet of 2.25" intercooler piping, plus fill up the intercooler. If your wading through 12+ inches of water in your car then your a moron.
