how the heck do you put these damn walbro pumps in lol?
so i bought a 255 lph walbro pump for my 97 civic. used, came with no instructions and no "install kit" just a pump, the sock filter, and came with a rubber hose clamped to the top of it. its the correct part number for my car, so is this plug and play with my stock fuel pump plug? and anything else i should be doing? ive yet to take it apart cuz its my daily driver still right now

It is kind of a hassle to get the pumps in/out. Try to be as careful as possible, but you will at times have to man-handle the damn thing because there isn't much room plus the pump configuration is an odd shape. Pull it out on an angle towards the front of the car and twist back and forth until it comes. Again...the key is to be careful while being forceful. You WILL have to be more aggressive than you think to get it out
