you can either buy a boost controller or swap springs

Man, is your car turboed? I am not trying to be an ***. But if you are turboed then you shouldn't be and you definitly shouldn't be turning your boost up if you are asking these kind of questions. You sound like you have a lot to learn. You need to do some searching. So I will answer your question to help out your learning path. They can go from $50-1500. Manual boost controllers are very cheap. They are controlled from under the hood with an allen wrench. Electronic boost controllers give you the benefit of controlling boost with an electronic program but they are more expensive (usually $300+).

thanks i have a prelude it turbo but i dont know how to change the boost it i have a apexi S-AFC

Yes...but before upping the boost i would recommend getting a better fuel managemetn setup..like uberdata or something.
