How do you LoveFab SST/ Full-Race owners run your IC piping??
Ok I had the LoveFab Excalibur up until now and I have a SST on its way. my piping for the excalibur runs up through the washer fluid bottle hole and over and down with the compressor housing clocked up because the turbo sat too low to run the traditional route. Now with the SST, Cody says I can use a 90 degree elbow and run the piping under, the normal way, and Ill be able to retain my power steering (I had to give it up with the excalibur).
Now how do you guys run yours?????? If you use a 90 degree silicone elbow, where did you get it? I have yet to find a place that goes from 2.25-2.5 (t3/t4 compressor outlet is 2.25" and IC piping is 2.5")?

Run a 90 degree mandrel bend piece of pipe. I've got a sidewinder on the way and I've already laid out my charge pipe...just use a reducer coupling off the turbo [2 to 2.5"], connect to a 90 piece of pipe, then run to a 180 around the frame and into your intercooler.

Re: (DaX)
The way Cody talks.. its high enough to run piping under but too low to run a 2.5" bend from jc whitney. looks like either weld a tight 90 degree bend onto the compressor housing or find an elbow but I cant find a silicone elbow that reduces 2.25-2.5...

Re: (DaX)
i need the elbow though. from my understanding, the turbo sits too low to run a 2.25-2.5 reducer to a 2.5" 90 degree pipe bend and then u-turn into the IC. I have a 2.25-2.5 reducer already, it just seems that theres not enough clearance and it will require either a sharp aluminum 90 degree bend welded onto the compressor housing or a 90 degree reducer elbow which I can not find anywhere.

Only place I know that sells 90 deg reducer couplings is http://www.dnaparts.com/hoses.htm and the smallest they have is way too big for your application.

anyone think this will hold 10-12psi??? i called and they said they have seen people use this elbow on their car for this exact purpose. Plus its like 40 bucks cheaper. All Id have to do is put some hose inside of the one side to reduce it to 2.25"

From compressor to the window washer reservoir location. I used a dremel to notch this hole out and lined it with stan-pro.
The rest you see is simple.
I do not recommend using the rubber elbows on anything over 12-14psi. I kept blowing mine off at 20psi. On the dyno it expanded a large amount and I was afraid it was going to blow. I will be having cody weld a 90deg elbow on this pipe in the near future.

I'm pretty sure the e trim uses a 2" outlet, not 2.25". If you don't have your piping done yet, I'd just use a 2" pipe going from the turbo to the intercooler, and then use a 2"-2.5" straight connector for the intercooler. Good Luck.

Well what ever you do don't buy the 90 degree coupler from Turbonectics. They break and it cost me $75 bux.
I replaced it with one I got from Extreme Motorsports. That thing is tuff and holds good with a good smooth curve.
for the 2.25" it's only $33.98 + shipping.
If you have a turbo that has a 2" outlet and your using 2.25" IC to the IC and would like to get something extreme then you can get a radiator hose from AutoZone parts# 823. I have no idea what it's for but the this connects to my turbo on my CRX without any problems.
Since the inlet is 2" it matches my turbo outlet and then it ends up with a 2.25 outlet. This hose is like a U shaped so you can cut to your liking. I had this when I overboosted like 2 years ago (20psi)
Here is a pic of it. It's got the heat thing on it but you get the idea.

heres how i did mine. i woulda had to cut frame out routing it up and i wasnt willing to do that . this gives me more room for my turn signals too

alot less piping , costs less the the 90 degree silicone and no wait on the part. the flow will prob end up being better. and gives more space in the engine bay and behind the bumper.
I think it turned out pretty cool.

Hey man.. long time no talk... remember we met at NOPI. My piping for the excalibur is exactly as you have yours for the SST. I was hoping that would work for now but Cody doesnt seem to think so. I really want power steering back so I ordered the elbow I have pictured above (looks like the one you have). We will see if that works.
Keep the pics and suggestions coming.
the integra is impossible for me because I still have my bumper support. Here is how the piping is/was for the Excalibur:
