hey i have a stock EF3 civic with the DOHC ZC motor
i bolted up a T25 turbo
FMIC
all oil lines etc....
ready to all go.....
stock ecu etc...
as soon as i hit boost it cuts out and car dies ....

how do you actually make it boost resonablly well for cheap..

i dont understand some slang words for it...

but ...

will a raising rate fuel pressure regulator get it boosting good

or does the ecu need to be chipped???

can the ecu be untoched .......and boost on it????

sounds like you need to do a little study-n my friend...start searching and check out http://www.wiredspeed.com and go to there tech, you can also try http://www.c-speedracing.com, and look up stuff about the vafc hack.

I hope that you have a fuel pump and some kind of a fmu. Are you using check valves are you throwing any cel you have to remember you cant have your car read boost.

actually you want your car to see boost, and you definatly want to run some type of piggy back or stand alone fuel management. if your not running some type of "real FMU" then at a minimum you need a disc type FMU 12.5:1 or something along that line and a vafc, or uber data, turbo edit, hondata, ems, etc.

if your hiding the boost your just tricking the ecu, why not pay the money to let it do its job properly.

well , sounds like your destroying your motor , you mos def dont know about turbo's....i wouldnt try to get on the car at all without doing some more research.

Plus, that's mean to tirck the ECU, why can't everyone just play nice?

well I think injectors are also in your future... if your obd0, turboedit is the way to go.

You have more air, but no way to get more fuel.

That's not good.

hey guys

im running a bigger fuel pump support 350whp
and 450cc injectors aswell

so VAFC

is that like the (super afc) that apexi make???

so if i get the afc will that make it boost ?
or do i need some sort of chip or something

i do have a link wire in ECU lem4 that is a standalone unit
that does everything
problem is that no one knows how to install it or Tune it

there is one other turbo B16a teg runing 8psi on vf10 Dyno tunned and doing 14.6 down the quater on slicks
