Deff. hone em, if not, bore like .5mm over.
You want to be able to see the cross hatching.
Wait, are you puttin in new pistons? If you are then you should hone/bore.
If your keeping those pistons, then I guess it's alright.

Are those stock sleeves? If so, I wouldn't throw in forged pistons just yet.

They are Iron sleeves and JE pistons... block only has about 1000 miles on it, until I found out I had 2 burnt valves from the previous setup. I do have my old block sitting here in my garage will 40% blowby in #4, we can talk....
