How do I tell if I have a T04E or T04B?
Revhard stage 2 kit on LS.. Im pretty sure its a T04E, plus its a garret turbo but I want to know how to tell what turbo it actually is..

Count the compressor blades. T04E has 6, T04B has 7.
I should know, DRAG sent me a T04B and I did not realize it until after I put it on my car and could not exchange it.

Chris you have a TO4E turbonetics with a Garret housing. So in other words its only the housing that is a garret but the internls are Turbonetics. I have a pic of both right next to each other. Let me find it...

You can also have a T04B housing with T04E internals. They can machine out the housing to make it fit. As a matter of fact MarkC did that. BTW, anyone heard from MarkC?
