Default How do i get a lower a/f ratio

With my current set up my a/f ratio is always in the 14'sand the o2 voltege is around .3-.4 at wot. I have been told it needs to be at 12.5 under full boost. My question is how do i lower it? I blame it on my fmu that came with my turbo kit. I called the place I got it from (ProStreetOnline) and they told me it had a 14:1 disk in it and it would support 7psi. My car burns spark plugs and detonates so i know it is not getting enough fuel.
-Set up
-d15b7
-t20@7psi
-turboxs bov
-spearco intercooler
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-fmu (??14:1disk??)

Are you running that Walbro pump inline? FMUs need inline pumps to keep up with the high fuel pressures at the rail. If you're running an intank pump, it probably can't produce enough pressure to supply the FMU, and you're leaning out under boost.
