How can you tell a real JG built head???
I'm considering buying a used one from someone if the price is right. BUT I'm not going to just take someone's word for it. How can I tell for sure? Someone told me that there's an ID number if JG built it on the head. Is that true?
If not, what can I do (what can he take pics of) to prove to me? Is there some JG stamp what not?

There is definitely a JG stamp on it. No stamp..no jg. Don't believe the excuse that jojo had it so it was not stamped.

Well what kind of stamp? Hopefully not something easily etched on by himself at home?

JG is stamped on the head in a couple places. I'll try and dig up a pic of my GSR head that i had worked on by JG.

You can't fake it. It's very pro looking but again just cuz it's JG, doesn't mean it's in good shape.
