Default how can you tell if you have a blown head gasket???

my b18c1 keeps overheating for no reason when Im driving. when Im at idle it seems to be fine, but when I am on the highway or driving it starts to over heat, and fills my overflow tank. I tried changing my thermastat, and bleeding the radiator, but it still overheating, and filling the overflow tank.
I also just changed my oil and there was no sign of anything in the oil, but in some of the coolent I can see some black specs in it, can that be oil?
please help me find what the hell is wrong, my car feels faster then ever and I need to have it ready to race on sunday at maple grove.
thanks

get a leakdown test, that will show you if you there is any leaking part.

also the head could be lifting under boost, but if it happens just while cruising then that shoulnt be the case

are you loosing coolant? try doing coolant pressure check - that may reveal where or if you have a leak

I cant tell if it is oil in my radiator, I do see small black/brown specs in the fluid.
I just did a hard run 5 minutes ago. my car will idle all day withought over heating, but as soon as I get on the gas it will start to overheat.
also I do have a lot of condensation in my exhaust. I left a trail of water down my street.

do these specs look like an oil spill in the ocean kinda?

you can always take teh rad. cap off, let car idle and see if it bubbles. If it does, you have a leak in teh HG
