how can i tell if my head is lifting under boost?

Default how can i tell if my head is lifting under boost?

is there a way to test for it? would a compression test show it?

Coolant and oil would probably mix and your car will overheat.

no its not overfilling at all but my car does overheat on long drives and under boost. also theres no oil in the coolant and theres no coolant in the oil.
