Default how can i set my timing back to stock with uberdata?

i want to align my dizzy to the stock 16 degrees so i can calibrate this with uberdata. for example if the timing is advanced to 18 degrees on the car (when it really should be stock) and in ubderdata i have it retared 13 degress btc, its going to be runnning at 15btc in real life not the 13btc i have programmed because of the original 2 degree advance. im still gettting a small pinging sound under load so im going to start and tune my timing all over again. and my plugs have a small amount of white on them so im getting detonation. any help appreciated.

i tried to decipher taht but couldn't.

set uberdata to 16 from 500rpms to say 1000. set it at 26vacuum to 18vacuum to 16.

burn chip.

start car, allow it to warm up

jump harness.

pull IACV to get it to idle low, so no electrical advance.

get timing light out and set to 16.
