How can I make my own shift light

I have hondata ems already, it just does not have the shifty light option. Anyone know how to make or hook up a shift light. I'm not looking to get another tach, the factory R one works fine.

Thanks

Lee

Look up the spec sheet for LM2907/LM2917 on Texas Instrument's site. They have the schematics for RPM activated switches based on those $2 chips.
