how can i check or tell if its really 550cc injectors???
I bought a turbo kit from a h-t member here long time ago, i upgraded everything, but still have the injectors that im thinking about keeping them, im forgot what brand are they but i think it was Defli or something but on the injectors its carved 44.0 and some other numbers, BUT....the guy that i bought it from say that the injectors were tested out to be 550's, so i would like to know how to test them or who do i bring it to see if they're really 550's or they're just 440's. Thanks

Im trying to find a local place to do it cause im ready to put in my turbo, that is the only problem that is holding me back now, i need to find a local place to do it quick so i wont mess up the ECU confusing it when i tune it.

set you ecu up thinking they are 500cc, your tuning it anyways, so what is the difference? As long as your AF ratio is good and your injector duty cycle isn't to far above 100% your set.

it makes sense because when you change the injector size in a tuning program all it does it scale the fuel values accordingly. if you try to use the 500cc setting and they are really 450cc injectors all that will happen is you car will run a little lean, and you can tune it out since ur tuning it anyway. if they are 550 cc injectors and you type in 500 it will run a little rich. just dont drive it hard before its tuned.

How could the duty cycle go above 100%?
100% duty means the injectors are wide open and not pulsing at all. You want to make sure the injectors duty cycle doesn't go much over 80%. If the injectors are smaller than advertised you could always just raise the base fuel pressure.
What injectors are they. Got part numbers?
