Everyone knows that the gasket between the manifold and turbo always blows out and leaks...

Good vid.

That sounds like a clearance/lubrication issue more than a torquing issue, but still, when building an engine you should have no doubts about stuff like this

Anyone know the name of the second song in that video? That type of beat sounds familar with another artist, but I can't place my finger on it.

Dont know but it almost sounds like a part of the beat off of Benny Benassi's - Satisfaction. But what do I know.

Nice vid.

Yea as soon as I sign off I was like it sounds like Benny Benassi's style....almost like a mix between Satisfaction and No Matter What You Do. Hmmmmm

doesnt look like any of you have assembled a dsm, that "bearing" he puts in at the bigging of the video is the dsm's thrust washer and bearing, they are made together. just look how "thick" the bearing looks.. lol

Cool vid. I have a feeling a lot of stuff was cut out, though. When he puts the turbo manifold on, you see him slap it on, then you see him tightening a few nuts. When did he put the nuts on? Where is the valvetrain? Why did he put the timing belt on and not correctly orient the cams?

And the engine was far from complete. No engine covers, no pullies or accessories (he did put on the PS pump and the water pump), no motor mounts...
