First off, I know there have been topics on this, but search doesn't use 2 letter words... Secondly, how bad is it driving around with the turbo just dumping into the engine bay? Also, this would of course lead to not having an 02 sensor, what will this lead to? Thanks for any help...

I used bailing wire to attach an oxygen sensor to a turbo outlet...it wasn't that loud, really, since the sound bounced around in the engine bay and it pulled like a raped ape, BUT I ruined the o2 sensor in short order (week or so) because the fresh air reference port which is usually out of the exhaust gas got all clogged with soot...so, I'd suggest some sort of DP, but THAT will be louder than none if you don't attach it to the exhaust.

i did this a few weeks ago..loud, sound like some kinda fucked up lawnmower..stink as ****..and melt your fan

I think the neighbors already love us... My brothers exhuast snapped, thank you monroe. The cat is the muffler. Sounds nasty. What if I were to have a piece of tubing welded to the flange, then cut off the stock "B" pipe, just after the the 2 pipes merge into one, and just clamp some flexi-tube for a while? Hrmmm....
