how bad is this? the drain i know is supposed to go all downwards, and up til then, it does. it doesnt go upwards too much, but just wanna know how bad it is. if its bad, im gonna just give up this whole install (cuz i came across soooo many problems that this is my 3rd day and im nowhere). thanks guys.

i hear as long as the turbo is above the oil pan, its all good. And about the giving up... don't. Its all worth it in the end. Currently, i'm running into a billion problems too while trying to install my turbo. I'm running on my 2nd week... and i'm no where too. But i know i'll finish eventually. Good luck

If it doesnt smoke it shouldnt be that bad IMO. It looks ok (not the greatest).

Can you tie wrap that steel braided hose further away from the down pipe because it will eventuall melt from touching your downpipe.

YOu could also wrap the hose or pipe with thermo wrap . I Really dont like using JB weld...it should be welded into the oil pan. I would drive it if it doesnt smoke and keep an eye for leaks from the JB weld too. If it smokes it means the oil is not getting back in the pan fast enough which is bad. Good luck
