how bad is this "hairline crack"

cant really see it, but it can be easliy fixed if you are handy with a welder.

meaning that i shouldnt worry too much about it, also i dont plan to boost more than 9-10 pounds, so this should be ok?

It's a HF manifold which are easy to come by without a crack. I would pass and find a better one. Heck I have one i'll sell you for $40 with no cracks.

There you go, I would definitely buy one with no cracks. Even though its a hairline crack, why bother getting it welded when you can get one for 40 bucks?
