Default how to adjust t1 boost control solenoid?

So i just recently got my first turbod car and i want to turn the boost down. Im a little unsure how to do this. I dont want to just turn the bolt a bunch and go boost 25psi and blow my car up. I was just curious if anyone knows which way to turn the bolt to lower the boost. I feel like an idiot for having to even ask this, but id rather have a few people think im a noob than have a blown up car. Here is a link to the solenoid if someone us unsure what im talking about.

Edit: Ive tried searching, and looking on the T1 website for instructions..but havent had any luck.

What EMS are you running? You dont adjust the boost on the solenoid itself

You need to hook up your laptop and adjust the settings. If you dont know what your doing
I wouldnt mess with it. Do you even have the calibration on your computer?

There isn't one... it is a breather element. Yikes...

Here's how the solenoid looks before the original sticker has been removed.

Note the part number down, they're available from Mac directly for half the price.... (if not less).
