i use 1 and have had good success with it. probably a few thousand miles on it now. id say its accurate to within .5 afr which is good enough for me. others will bash on them but then iv seen how some of them are installed and honestly could say right of the bat someting was gonna go wrong due to incorrectly installing it.

Re: How Accurate are the aem widebands
I am using one. I haven't had any problems with mine, going on almost 4 years. but I've read some of the users have. the gauge is fine, what people are having problems with is the Bosch sensor going out on them pretty fast. I haven't had this problem. usually installation error but who knows. I am using the old one too.

Mine works well for me but honestly there is no way for the average person running one to say exactly how "accurate" one is.

Re: How Accurate are the aem widebands
Mine has been very reliable too, but I mounted the sensor well down stream, away from the turbo heat, and I also placed the bung on almost the very top of the tube, so there is no chance for condensation in the sensor.
My engine does seem to run cleanest when things are on the lean side of what most people say is best, so it begs the question of whether it's "accurate" or not, but I guess maybe it doesn't even matter that much, as long as it's consistent/precise, which it seems to be.
Having said that, I'm probably going to try an NGK AFX next.

You didn't junk it. What you did was sold it to some kid and told him it was in perfect working condition. Being the scamming POS you are I don't put it past you. Deny it all you want, you and I both know the truth.
