They are in OR. but not far from WA. I believe Turbo Technologies in Tacoma does. Give em a call.

I've known the owner of C-Speed Crescent for several years and he's a good guy and knows his stuff. Carb Connection I've heard good things about, but don't know anyone personally who has been there. And Intec I do not know if they tune hondata, never been there, driven by a few times, but never stopped.

Where in WA are you? I've always heard good things about C-SpeedRacing in Bellingham, but it may be a long ass drive depending on where you are in WA. If you're over in Eastern WA, check out GroundZero is Oregon.

St00pid should be heading up your way soon I believe.
He's finished with Norcal this past week, and the last I heard he was headed up through Oregon and Washington
