Dave (leed)
1991 Honda Crx SI
Turbo B16a w/ ITR Pistons (stock/stock)
ITR Intake manifold
ITR Cams
JG Cam Gears
Custom Turbo setup running 14psi
T3 .60/.63
2.5DP w/ 3 exhaust / 2.5 charge pipes
Custom Coach IC
RPS Turbo Clutch
Hondata

277whp / 211tq

- Dave's car rips real good, it was a little scary on the dyno on a few pulls, could hear some pinging going on, but is now all cleared up. **I got a big stiffy on dave's truck shifter in his crx**

Pat (beerbongskickass)
1995 Honda Civic EX
Turbo D16z6 (stock)
Custom Turbo setup running 10psi
T3 .60/.48
3.0 exhaust / 2.5 charge pipes
Tyrus 5in IC
ACT XT/SS Clutch
Uberdata

216whp / 181tq

-Pats car turned out ******* great, I really cant beleive how well it did, I think its a great combo of parts. Luckly I let him borrow him Tial BOV and Dustin let him borrow his MBC otherwise he kinda would be SOL! Good job pat!

Dustin (turbohf)
1988 Honda Crx HF
Turbo B18a (stock)
Custom Turbo setup running 11psi
T3 .60/.63
3.0 exhaust / 2.5 charge pipes
Tyrus 6in IC
ACT XT/SS Clutch
Turboedit 2.0

198whp / 216tq

As always the B18 came out with the most torque of the day. Dustins car actually made a bit more horsepower on a previous dyno day what? (206whp?) Boost wasnt holding very good.

--------------------////////--------------------

Brace yourself for some real power Low budet style!, hahahaha

Jeff (AbaZ)
1989 Honda Crx Si
Trailerpark B16a (worse than stock)
Custom ITB Setup 42mm Suzuki GSR Throttle Bodies
GSR Cams
3 1/2-1 header
2 1/4 Greddy Exhaust
ACT XT PP / GSR Disc
Zdyne

152whp / 112tq

Ok, there are no excuses, Other than beating the **** out of it lately and its starting to smoke now. I really thought it would be in the 160's or almost 170's but no... I guess I dont know how to "feel" the all motor power. Oh well my fuel map I made street tuning was god damn near perfect on the dyno. (remember this motor was completely seized when I got it) - Excuse

More info on the ITB's and Trailerpark B16a go here

Beau (BLACKSI)
1990 Honda Crx DX
Joe Dirt Turbo ZC (stock)
Custom Turbo setup running 15-7psi ya..?? spring setups rule!
TC05a mitsu Turbo (spring WG)
2.5 exhaust / 2.0 charge pipes
No Intercooler
Factory PP/ACT 4PUK Race Clutch
Zdyne

148whp / 154tq

Beau probably would have beat my *** on the dyno if his boost would hold, it was floating all over the place from 15-7psi, it would never stay still. The "Spring wastegate" does have its disadvantages I beat beau in the HP catagory, but we had a little street racing, and our cars are almost identicle.. I can get him out of the hole, but on the top end he blows by me. Both really really low budget hack job setups that did pretty decent!

The OCB was great... Glad Jay came down even though he didnt run. It would have been fun if we could have gone racing afterward like planned, but living in the great NW, sometimes that just doesnt happen :/

Enjoy

Jeff

that and a rebore job with new pistons and rings, Bore taper was unbelievable, along with cylinder walls with some nasty pits. Not to mention the valve seats were horrible on this engine.

Remember, this engine was completely seized and cylinders full of rust, all I did was hone it out real quick and threw some napa rings it in, lol.. (even reused the headgasket!)

ya figure its about 185ish at the crank... Not bad for a stock b16a with some homemade ITB's, stock cams, and a header that was so bad I was embarressed to take pictures of.

Got the ****** running 'ping-free' on 13lbs now, feels good.

The goal with this setup is 300whp on a junkyard T3, then its sc34 time
