Since its technically a 'JDM' part, your solution has to be JDM. Seriously, if its between those two sizes, its probably 4mm - thats a fairly common metric size.

had same issue with my hks replica. i pushed it back in, then applied jb weld all around, then high temp black silicone.. no poblems after that. let it dry for couple days btw

my friends broke off as well, he just jb welded it and its staying. if i were you id ditch that garbage and pick up a tial 50mm
