HKS Turbo Exhaust manifolds are upgrade units that allow factory turbocharged vehicles to utilize larger HKS Turbos. The cast-iron manifolds utilize precision craftsmanship and offer flawless fitment for each application. Each manifold is designed to promote maximum exhaust flow for increased turbo spool up and is fabricated with provisions to directly mount an HKS wastegate for unsurpassed turbo boost management. Cast-iron HKS Turbo Exhaust Manifolds are also available for select naturally aspirated vehicles to construct custom turbo kits.

Ok, so these look bad ass. not very pricey. Why dont you hear more and or does anyone around here know anyone who's run them? The one guy i asked, said they were cast and he like it, pretty bad ass

only thing i can think of is they use a T25 Flange.. but for the cheap cost and being cast as well as having all B/D models.. it seems good?

If you run internal W/G I am sure it is a quality cast piece and will hold up well. What car/motor is really what we need to know?? I would not mind having the HKS manifold upgrade for the Evo https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

I used an HKS manifold for my B20 CRX turbo project. As a manifold, it is a great piece for the price. In reality, you will pay much less in the long run for a T3 flanged setup. Everything for a T25/28 setup costs more, is harder to track down, and probably requires at least some degree of modification. Trust me, I know. If you happen to pick one up and need any help with your setup, please feel free to PM me. I have people that can vouch for me, but I honestly recommend that you go T3 or T3/T4

I have it on my D16z6 with a Precision GT28R. It's a quality piece. only for internal wastegates of course

pretty much for the D guys its going to be a good route.. anything with a way bigger motor (b16-18), its not in their best interest huh?

It's fine for the B series. It's just in turbo sizing and the aforementioned difficulties where it lacks. As a manifold, it is a great unit.
