Default Hitting 12's on stock LS turbo?

i have been looking into building a ls turbo for awhile now but im trying to find the best setup to put me into 12 sec 1/4 mile times. I want to buy a treadstone pefroamnce kit becuse its not overpriced and it comes with brand name quality parts. The kit has the option of choosing between a stight T3 or a turbonetics t3/t4 which turbo would be the best for my goal? I plan on running a Hondata S300 on this kit. My last question is what kind of boost will i need to run to kit 12's on the stock ls?

you'll need about 270 to 280 wheel TORQUE and a good way to put it to the ground to get in the low 12's and maybe high 11's

i'd say 260-280whp 10-12psi on a t3/t4 57 trim and some fresh falken azenis up front...heat them up good. pull a 2.0 60ft and the rest should be in the bag.

Yeah you REALLY need some good tires, slicks will do it for sure! I hope to hit 12's with my LS integra making 267HP, 244TQ with Kaaz LSD and some slicks.

Edit: Its all about those first 60 feet!!!

The car mtber posted was running a stock ls tranny with stock differential. Car ended up going 11.6's on the same setup. Runs were on 22" slicks with stock axles. 60' in the 1.8 range.

The car in the vid above is mine. the key was in suspension and slicks i was banging the rev limiter through the traps even having to shift into fith on some passes.(low rev limit 7600rpms). had drag launch springs in the rear and lensos with 22 in slicks. launching at 5500 rpms. no two step or anti lag was used. just preloading the suspension. i would say 245 wtq and somewhere btween 250-300 whp should get you easily into twelves.
I will bet once you get to 12s youll want 11s though. boost and racing is worse than drugs, it sucks you in till your a slave to the boost, but damn there is no other feeling like it!

psi is a useless measure of power.

Is the chassis a DC ? That also will play a big part in it, we have a few local DC's with ls engines boosted hitting 12's easily. Well its all about how good the driver is really.

Whats that supposed to mean? The motor is gonna pop like a m80?

14psi is fine with a great tune, and as long as you keep en eye on your gauges.

You hold your clutch and throttle at the point where it want to move forward. You can use your ebrake to keep your from rolling.
