Re: High HP Motor Mounts? (VaporTrail)
I run the Place Racing solid rear motor mount. It's a replacement, not an insert. The polyurethane in it is solid. The car does vibrate a little bit at idle, but it feels solid on shifts. It's kinda pricey though. I think it was $127 + shipping for the 1 mount.

I got a tricky trick for you..
Solid mounts dont cost 127 dollars.. check it out.(Keep in mind your car may be down for a little while)
Go to your neighborhood athletic store and get a few tubes Shoe Goo II.
Take some aluminum foil or double layer of saran wrap on the backside of the mount (make sure its lining the back nice and taught) squirt the Goo in the spaces in the mounts. Make sure that you get ALL of the air bubbles out (this is imperative or they will be weak) let the mount/mounts sit for a while until it hardens. The shoe Goo will shrink so make sure that when it dries out that you fill in the little spots and continue to let it dry.
Walah! 10 bucks max and some patients you have some mounts that are solid as a bitch, that can take the abuse.
PS: Shoe Goo is poly.
