Got all my bits together apart from injectors, looking at 450's for my 94 b16a from stealth performance but which do i go with hi or low impendance as far as i know you need the resistor box for low but i think my car already has it correct me if im wrong, planning on running hondata s200b if this helps. Please give us sum elp!

Your engine would need high impedence(saturated) because in 1992, Honda converted to high-impedance, saturated injectors. But you can get the DSM Injectors(low impedence) however you would need the resistor box. But if you want to get some RC, Precision, etc. injectors.......you would need HIGH IMPEDENCE SATURATED injectors.

That's what Ginoboy said...low impedance is just another name for peak and hold while high impedance is another name for saturated.

Here is an answer that I had poosted in another thread. It applies here too.

BTW - Buying the CorrectInject set from Stealthmode will allow you to buy 450s that match your current impedance. They are a direct fit for all OBD0 and OBD1 cars, no clips, or resistors needed.

Your high impedance injectors can be replaced with 450 CorrectInjects, without any modifications to the car. Fuel management is required, of course.

Let's see if I can clear this up....

Your new injector solution must match the resistance of your old injector solution.

Some basic info for Honda Civics and CRXs...
- Low Impedance = 2-4Ohms = Peak And Hold
- High Impedance = 10-12 Ohms = Saturated
- OBD0 Hondas have both low and high impedance injectors in MPFI (1988 - 1991) Most often, Si models haev low impedance, and other models have high impedance.
- OBD1 (1992-1995) Hondas have high impedance injectors with a plug that matches OBD0 injectors, no swapping of plugs needed.
- OBD2 (1996-Up) Hondas have high impedance injectors, with a plug that must be swapped for most aftermarket injectors.

Checking existing injector impedance is as easy as disconnecting the plug, and measuring across the terminals in the injector connector. Use the lowest resistance setting of your meter, normally 300 or 200 Ohm range. Polarity will not matter.

just to clarify, this is not exactly correct. OBD1 accords (and maybe preludes?) are peak & hold.
