Hey does this sound like B.S. or what?

And this is what they emailed me:
The motor we tested on was not a JDM motor but it was bone stock and handled upwards of 19psi!....bone stock!! We have since dropped the compression ratio and added a few other boost handling gems..(sce copper head gaskets, a boost friendly skunk2 cam set and adjustable cam gears) and we have seen the boost guage peak at 28psi!! it shoved out 594bhp@8254rpm and 538lb.ft.@4983rpm and we are still using stock bottom end components and stock airfilter and muffler....the sound from the unit is way too loud!...you pretty much have no use for a aftermarket muffler and by the way we are still using the stock honda exhaust manifold and have yet to install an FMIC (front mount intercooler)..so you be the judge on your bidding...i will tell you just like everyone else I cannot give any more info out on this unit...or I could lose my copyright...and patent offer....sorry

There should be some way to stop people from pulling scams like this. I mean, we know better, but there are a lot of newbies out there that don't.

I wonder what he was thinking? I mean does anyone like reading all CAPS? I would take one look and hit the magical back button. Why aren't there any pics if he's working on a patent? Nobody can legally produce anything like it if you've already employeed a patent lawyer. I know it's BS by the way so nobody starts flaming me.
