Default HELP?!?!?<>white smoke and some water out of the exhaust?<>HELP!?!?!?!

Before i posted i did a search!!

Ok lately I notice more and more white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Big puffs comes out under load. When going up or down driveways or making a stop or taking off. Also when i was following my friend while he was driving my car i notice water coming from the tip of my exhaust??

Checked:
OIL - level is fine, not contaminated with coolant
COOLANT - level is normal, no oil in it.
Spark plugs- normal, dry
return line - changed into the blue hose instead of steal braided, no kinks
Compression check - fine
leakdown test - cylinder 1 was not as low as the rest but was still in the green(snap-on leakdown tester)

Do you guys think it's the turbo seals cause my car would smoke a little but now it seems it gotten worse. I had a kink in my return line but i fixed that. What do you think it is and what can i check to pin point the problem?

IF you guys can help me, it is much appreciated. Thanks

If you had a kink in the return line it could very well be your turbo. How's shaftplay (not always an indicator)? Oil in charge pipes? White smoke is coolant, so, if it is indeed white smoke then coolant is getting into your combustion chamber, you just have to find out how.

shaft play is very minimal. My turbo is oil and water cooled do you think it's coming from the turbo cause i was running the return line with a kink in it?

The smoke is from blown seals or a bad return line or both. The water is normal. Water is a byproduct of combustion.

i swapped out the return line already.

Can a kink in the return line ruin the turbo seals? or parking you car on an incline?

How bad is the kink? I doubt parking on an incline will blow your seals. How is your tuning? I was running super rich at one point and would blow clouds of fuel out that looked like white smoke.

My tuning is good and conservative but when i tuned i had non v-tec spark plug wires witch were to short and I just recently swappped them out with the v-tec ones and i also recently changed my distributor..... do you think i didn't set the dist. right and now the timing is a little off causing it to run rich and smoke?
