Help w/ manifold fitment on Integra GSR
Me and my friend are having a problem w/ the manifold fitment, because the turbo is hitting the block, not allowing us to screw the manifold bolts in
Turbo is a PT redline *made in California*, its a full race.
its T3 & T3/T4 Compatible
the turbo bolts up fine, but its like off like half an inch the manifold fitment
Its not hitting the webing either, its hitting the flat part on the block , sorta looks like a column under cylinder 1
should we fabricate some type of spacer?? Much help and suggestions please!

this sucks, we had a custom downpipe made for the left side, "DOH!!" now we'll have to have it remade for the right side

well we were doing outside at my friends house and he put all his stuff up so were gonna have to continue it later, also the other problem is that the downpipe was custom made for the side we had it on (the left side) so if we flip it to the right side were gonna have to customize another one to go on the right side.....

How could you have a "custom made" Downpipe when the thing didn't even fit to begin with ....haha seems like you have holes in your story

[QUOTE=Muckman]You can get some extra clearance by clocking the compressor counter clockwise.QUOTE]
I'm not a huge fan of the spacer idea, try clocking the turbo a bit, and cut some webbing off the block, you should be good to go.

you need to put the compressor on the drivers side , and have a new downpipe made , by the pic there is no way it is going to fit even if you did cut out all the webbing .

pretty common issue. you have to cut a little of the webbing off. it comes of REALLY easy with a dremel. even in redhard kits, they require some cutting. i know how it feels to not wanna hack into anything, but u gotta do what you gotta do

Re: Help w/ manifold fitment on Integra GSR (playahwitgame)
its inbetween the webing on the flat pat of the block,
well the way we got the down pipe is that my friend use to have a SSAC Autochrom ebay manifold, and the guy customized the down pipe to fit the manifold by copying the old one that came w/ the SSAC kit, so he just went by the other one and made a larger down pipe.
Ya you should see his old SSAC manifold, it is totally destroyed , he found out the hard way about those kits, its really bad

Definately flip the turbo around. Those manifolds were designed to have the compressor on the driver's side.
