Icon2 Help with Stock LS turbo

Im new to the turbo world so i don't know much and need some help. i just got a t3/t4 turbo kit that includes an intercooler, tial wastegate, exhaust manifold, downpipe, Type rs BOV, fuel pressure and boost gauge, braided fuel lines and the turbo charger itself. I want to run this set up on my FULLY STOCK LS engine with 140K on it.I dont want to do any internal work on the engine. I want to gain 220-240WHP and i want it for daily driving on 8 psi. So i need to know what else do i need to help me gain the numbers i want and without blowing my engine.

Boost controller and engine management. I've been running a stock LS for 2 years boosted now at 253whp/222wtq and love it. It's not extrememly hard to get where you want.

When I first bought the car I have now it was a bone stock LS motor and head, inline pro manifold, sc60 turbo, 550cc injectors, and a walboro 255, victor x intake manifold, car made 270hp tuned using ectune. Unknown miles on the block when I bought the car. Beat the hell out of it everyday for about 8 months before the ring lands gave out and started shooting oil out of my exhaust.

You don't need an aftermarket intake manifold for your power goal.

Yes, get engine management and find a tuner. You don't need an intake manifold and psi is an arbitrary number. Your engine will hold plenty of power however if tuned correctly. Your stock fuel pump is fine too.

So tuned well and not beat on every day how long WILL a stock LS motor around 100k miles and good compression last? And how much power would be safe for this situation?

PSI doesnt really mean anything man, Every turbo will make different power on a certain level of PSI. You want to know how much HP and Torque your stock LS will take. I can say, from the all the stock turbo LS's in my area, they're all making between 270 and 300 some HP.

Tuning soft wear. Fuel pump. Head studs. And at least 550cc injectors. U should be good for 300hp with a good tune.

Tx. guys so im gona get 550cc's or 650cc's, Intake manifold, walbro fuel pump and do a good tune. Whats the difference between having my own tunning software and just going to a tuner for a good tune?

Don't forget head studs they are a must if not ur gonna be blowing head gaskets. Not good. And there is a big diffrence in tuning it ur self from some one who knos wat there doing. If u don't kno wat ur doing u could blow ur motor. Plus if u do it urself u need a wide band 02. And a lot off high way pulls to get it tuned. I never tuned a car myself. I would highly suggest a good tune if u want the motor to last...

Get some 550cc's & call it a day if you're happy with 300hp. Don't waste your money on the intake manifold. Get a fuel pump,an ems(neptune/crome/ectune/hondata) that your tuner is familiar with, fuel pressure regulator, and a set of new cold plugs (7 series) to get started.

You can't boost a stock Honda and make those numbers on a stock regulator.

So what's the point of dropping in a fuel pump n injectors if your planning on running a stock regulator. Haha.
