Default Help with Pcv routing, oil in turbo... hard to explain

i have my pcv routed like this...The hose from back of the block (from black box) goes to my catch can, then a hose from catch can to turbo intake tube. Problem is some oil Vapors and little accumulations get passed the catch can naturally (its vapor, ya know) and when the car runs, the vapors go into the turbo intake and into the inlet compressor housing and can get messy, what do i do? i added a little inline filter but over a week it was clogged
