I'm working on a gen 4 kit right now for a 96 Built LS and this is the kind of bullshit clearance you have to work with:
I want to run stainless steel lines as I do with all the other kits I've done but due to the downpipe there is zero clearance. You can always place this line a little to the right and angle it, but then you get into where the baffle is.
I'm most likely going to run a SS kit on this after I figure out how I will route it.

Did you run into any problems running it the long way?
I have an idea of how I can run this with the earl's fittings and SS lines but I won't know until I go grab the parts tomorrow.

Shorter is better but running stainless steel braided lines is going to last much longer than that bs garden hose return.

i run stan's oil return with my revhard mani, looped around the dp with no problems. i believe the line is 12". 45* of the turbo, and 45* into the pan.

the angle of mine isnt all that good. it goes almost horizontal. running a three inch dp. the dp, ac lines, and ic pipes all get in the way. sucks. any pictures?

hmm...im only running a 2.5" dp, i could maybe a grab a pic or 2 sometime this weekend. im switching to 3" exhaust soon so we will see how that works out.
as far as the angle goes, thats why im using the 45* into the pan, it pretty much garuntees a good angle.
