HELPPPP my turbo is throwing away all my engine oil
Guys I have a problem .
I have a turbo charged Civic SI '00 B16a engine.
My T3/T4E turbonetics turbo is throwing a lot of oil from the compressor side
(where the airfilter is supposed to be hooked up)
I have a 1.5mm own made restrictor
No shaftplay back/fwd
little side to side play
no rubbing at all in the housings
turbine wheel spins freely
no smoking,oil in the exhaust
no oil in my charge pipe YET
22mm oil drain
I called Miami Component International for rebuilding , they told me that according to my explenation to them that it doesnt seem to be anything wrong with my Turbo.
Now to all the experts in Turbo charging Honda engine can you guys help me out here .. PLZ

i looks like the seals are dead to me !!!, maybe change them and try it out first !

check your thrust bearing first, due to your side to side play. If thats fine & your backplate center ring isn't worn down at all then it's your seals.
if it happens to just be your thrust bearing, being worn down, it will be a cheap easy fix.
