Help, my car cant hold boost!!!!!!
I've got a turbocharged b16 and when I floor it, I hear spiking sounds. I check the guage and it reads 0lbs of boost. When i'm at a stop my car lags like f*** at low rpm. When I popped the hood I see oil dripping from the head gasket area and down. Does that mean I've got to replace my head gasket?

did you install the turbo on that B16 yourself, or you bought it that way?
take it to a mechanic, no offence, but it sounds like you are way over your head...

Spiking sounds? describe
if your at WOT and your reading 0 lbs of boost, then ur basically not boosting. check for leaks in your charge piping or vacuum lines and make sure the gauge is hooked up correctly.

Damn dude, i think that if you only had to change the head gasket you would be getting off easy. Take the head of and check it out, while the head is off you may want to get it decked to ensure that you didnt warp it.
