Help me pick a fuel set-up for turbo gsr
okay, i have searched this topic and got two different answers.
im not sure which fuel set up is better. keep in mind this is for a 94 gsr maxrev turbo set up with hondata 2b, cam gears. 1) i could just buy 550 cc injectors and throw them in.......or 2) buy 440 cc injectors with fpr and fuel pump. is there an advantage for either one. do i really need the fpr and fuel pump if im only gonna run like 8psi for now. (maybe more in the future, but not anytime soon!!!!) if you dont think either 1 of the 2 options are good, what would you do. |

you'd probably need intank fuel pump either way.. and f.p.r wouldn't hurt neither.. 440's of 550's - that would depend on how much hp you want to make

there really isnt a big price break from 450's to 550';s last time i checked, it was only a few bucks each
but yea, id suggest the pump and fpr anyway 550's might get idle probs unelss you got a stnadalone though |

Re: Help me pick a fuel set-up for turbo gsr (jvithayapun)
you don't really need an FPR. stock is fine and the aftermarket ones cause more problems then they help.
as for intank pump, you should get one no matter what. stock pump can flow quite a bit w/ bigger injectors, but its good to get one for insurrance. as for injector sizing, you should always go one step bigger then u think u need. 440's would prolly work, but 550's will work no doubt and give u room to grow.
