Default Help me identify these forced induction pistons

This is a B18a1 block I recently purchased from a friend. I took the head off to check the condition of the cylinder walls and need to figure out what type/compression these pistons are. Please disregard all the crud in cylinder #2 and #3, they will be clean prior to installation.

Here's a picture of the block:

Cylinder #1 piston:

Did you clean them or is that a coating?

Judging from the valve reliefs, look like they could be 9:1 CP's

if they are 9:1 cp pistons, then they should be paired with some aftermarket rods correct? Will removing my oil pan help me see if I have aftermarket rods and rod bolts?
