Help me fix my TS Wastegate!
Hiii
So I picked up a Turbo Smart Ultragate38 waste gate dirt chip cuz the valve seat was stuck, was slid in slightly crooked I believe and now it's stuck.
Suggestions on how to fix without ******* up the wastegate?
My ideas so far:
A. Torch the surrounding area and pry it out with screwdriver or pliers. Tried this briefly but didn't wanna **** **** up.
B. Disassemble, touch it and tap it out with a hammer and chisel or something.
C. Disassemble and use press to press it in the rest of the way hoping it straightens out.
D. Disassemble and use press to press it out, lap surface and press it back in or press in a new one. I suppose 'press' being used as a light term because it should just slide in straight?
The seller had like 30 of these and this is the only one that ended up like this.
See pics.
