help me decide whice turbo to get!
i need your help turbo xperts.
i've just decided to get a turbo kit. i ;m not a racer so i'm not going to be running high boost -- i just want a little more power and i really really want the BOV.
so please give me a setup (ie. ALL the parts that i will need) that will suit me -- that is, street legal, safe for the engine, and for a 94 GSR.
the main thing i wanna know is if i can just buy the greddy kit and that's it, or if i'll have to buy extra stuff in order to get it working. ](i don't know much about turbos)
thanks

i would run a greddy turbo if i were you they come i think around 8 psi of boost, they pull hard and its 50 state legal, and even if you do decide to race you can just hook up some bigger injectors and a FMIC and a bigger pump and you can crank the boost

your good with just the kit i would recommend getting a A/F gauge and a boost gauge alond with a turbo timer just to watch and make sure everything is in good running order and the turbo timer is so that when you shut the car off and pull the key off the car will run for another 30 seconds to let the manifold cool down so it doesnt crack at all.

If you get the SAFC and only run 8psi, don't worry about the FMU or the Fuel pump. Do a search on "SAFC Hack" or "VAFC Hack" A lot simpler.
And MSD isn't entirely necessary. As long as the stock ignition is capable. Now, if you want to turn up the boost at a track or something, then all the safeguards should be there, but just for a fun 8psi, you'll be fine w/o a different pump, FMU, or MSD Ignition.

depends on how much you really want to spend and for what motor. the greddy kit is over rated for that amount you can get a drag kit which is also street able but not legal but a lot faster. it comes with everything you need to install . trust drag is so much more fun.
