Help with Greddy Profec B Spec II setup, please help?!?
Ok, just installed tonight...general overview of setup is a built b18c, running 8 psi ish (wastegate spring boost) for the low setting at 0%, it works as it should. For the high boost setting I am running .9 bar, when the boost hits .9 you can hear a blaaa, blaaaa, blaaa.. like vibrating (I assume this is the profec b soleonid?) Anyone elses really loud? After the noise, the boost goes to .6 bar, then spikes back over .9 then back to .6 ish, etc... always doing the blaaa, blaaa, when it gets to .9 or over.
Any thoughts? I tried taking the gain down to like 5, I tried moving the start boost...
I have the lower line to my wastegate ran from my charge pipes now (didn't before), and then the profeb b is in the top line to my wastegate (tial).

It is your warning mode. Change the screens in red to amounts higher than your desired boost level. Also, make sure your gain isn't set too high, or you will get boost creep.

Re: (Tchleung)
thanks fellas, I'll check those values now. I was thinking they were right, but I will definately double check them. That really sounds like what it could/SHOULD be. IS the only time that the soleonid makes that noise is at overboost?... just wondered about that. I'll let you know if that was my problem.
