Default help with dyno results for boosted teg

this is my first post and im hoping that someone help. I have an 89 integra that I turboed. I recently had it dynoed. I pulled about 195 hp and 170 ft lbs toque at the wheels. I did my first pull at 10 psi and then went up to 12 psi, but didnt notice a major increase in hp that I expected. my set-up can be seen here http://www.g1teg.org/clubmembers/dean.html
and the dyno sheet here

the motor is a D16A1 slightly built. i hav JG cams, ( nat. aspirated) and a T3/T4 turbo. I have a front mount intercooler and had a fan in front of it. I was monitoring the intercooler temp, and didnt have any problems wth heat soak. I also was using the shops wide band oxygen sensor and was not running too lean. if anyone has any ideas, suggestions or needs any more info please let me know. Dean 89turboteg

hey man, 195 isnt to bad for that motor. that's kind of a cool little kit. did you make everything your self? Youre making more power then most single cam turbo motors, even the VTEC ones. You might want to try getting some headwork done, that would probably put you over 200.

What kind of T3/T4 is it? Do you know the trim and the exhaust housing size? Also, How do you like the low compression? I'm about to do the same. You do seem to not be gettin that much HP with that high boost.. i could be the turbo trim.. but it looks smooth as heck. Do you have a pic of the dyno with RPMs on the X axis?

Oh, and another thing.. upgrading your exhaust to a 3" and getting larger dia IC pipes will help too.

Yeah i made all the stuff myself. There isnt anything available for the 1st gen tegs. I have a JG head so im not lookin for power like that. Im worried about why I only gained a few hp with 2 psi of boost increase. When i got the turbo, it was new but from a guy in cali, i called turbonetics adn they told me it was a stage 3 turbine and an H trim compressor. Im not sure about the A/R ratio, but he had it for his 1.8 ls motor. said with the same size turbo he ran an 11.23 who knows. anyone got any ideas? i know bigger exhaust will give me some more power. thanks dean 89turboteg

Try advancing the exh. cam and retarding the intake cam a couple of degrees. That will take out a little of the overlap and boost available compression and hp. Also doing that will not move the valves closer to the pistons.
Another thought...maybe the 2" Starion IC is not flowing enough air?
