Default Help diagnose a strange idle *vid included*

This developed a couple days ago, and seems to be getting worse, but maybe that's just me. anyway, I get a very lumpy idle, that continues through light load, but under full load the car hauls *** like it always used to. It also vibrates more then normal during idle. I'm guessing its either distributor, plugs/wires, or maybe something with internals? If that's the case, then I've lasted 2 yrs and 35k with a boosted stock B16 at 9 psi. w00t

here's the vids.

Startup: you can really hear it stutter during cranking

and out by the exhaust. not as noticeable, but if you listen you can still catch it.

sounds like poo. I would start by replacing the cap, rotor, wires and plugs. if you have some type of fuel/ignition management. make sure the timing is right. if that doesnt fix it. do a compression and a leak down test. if your running a cat...thats the problem ( ist probaly melted) if not check your valve clearence. good luck
