help! CEL 3!! runing uberdata on decell!... tuned... weird issues.. motorolla 2.5!

help! CEL 3!! runing uberdata on decell!... tuned... weird issues.. motorolla 2.5!
So my 2000 civic si (b16a2) is now tuned! 
... but we ran into a issue after tuneing. After a pull, could be all the gears could be just one gear.... on decell I get a CEL 3, an it stays on and my idel dropes to 400rpm an i cant rev it unless i flip off the key... but if i stay out of boost an shift at like 3 its ok.
After i click the ignition off then back on its fine, some times for 10 min, some times for 2 seconds lol.......both my tuner an i are kinda stumped....
My car ran fine with that map sensor on my Pharable.net base map.
My setup is
VAFC-map sensor unhooked, put back to stock.

LS TRANZ
550CC TT injectors
Walburo fuel pump
Motorolla 2.5 map sensor
chipped p28
Greddy e-01 boost controler
Boost cut at 11psi, running 9.5psi
anymore info needed please ask! I like 99.99% sure im useing Uberdata, might be crome tho. I forgot lol i will find out tommrow for sure.
Questions!
1) What would cause random map cuts? My A/F is like 10 stedy when this CEL3 comes on.
2)Is this commen with uberdata/crome to have a CEL3?
3)Dose this sound like boost cut? or some other feature we over looked? 400rpm an when i click my ignition off/on i get a HUGE POP...then FlaME OUT my exhaust!
4)How can i test my Map Sensor coltage/ pigtail voltage? info please!
