Ok.... now that I've got you in here. I don't own a honda. I am on my friends account. He said this forum might be able to help. I actually have a 93 mr2 turbo. However, the thing is this. The car drives perfect, until it gets nice and warmed up. After the first 3-4 mins of driving, this bs fuel cut kicks in and my gas pedal doesnt work if the rpm's are above 2k. I can even be going at just under 2k in 5th gear and downshift and force the rpm's up higher, but the gas pedal doesnt work. Its like it's disconnected. The engine doesn't kick back in till 1600-1700 rpms. All i can say is it's defidently fuel that's getting cut, the ecu is turning of the injectors, hence fuel cut. I have already swaped the ecu, afm, tps, injector resistor pack, fuel pump relay, replaced the fuel pump, swaped the fuel cut MAP sensor, replaced the cap, rotor, spark plugs, fuel filter and checked the knock sensor as well as timming. All that i can think of doing now is swaping out the distributor and fuel pressure regulator. If that doens't work it's a short in the engine wiring harness. This is causing me alot of problems, and I was wondering if maybe anyone on this forum could maybe help me out. I've tried on http://www.mr2oc.com and no one can seem to tell me whats wrong.

P.S. I get no CEL

My advice..... take it to a shop. You named/replaced all the items that I would have thought to be at fault

Damn I told my friend to come on here cause H-T usually can fix anything....

So noone with any help for my buddy?
