just finished installing my greddy 15g on my d16y8...everything fine...when first started, no check engine lights, no leaks nothing...let it warm up all the way...and finally went to the gas station 1/8 mile away from my house...no problems there, finally on the cruise home i was shifting around 3000rpm, around 2 pounds of boost just to hear my bov ...but then the unlikely happened, foot off the gas, clutch in and it started bouncing off the rev limiter...i freaked out and shut it off...tried again 30 seconds later and it started bouncing off the rev right away...let it kool for 5 minutes and it was fine on the way home...checked throttle cable and everything and i dont see nothing...is it the ECU?? that was my first guess...i bought a chipped p28 ECU from Phearable.net...if anyone knows...please help me out cause im trying to bring it to redzone 40 miles away today!! =( thanks

Check your throttle cable again, from pedal to throttle body. I recently had the nut holding it to the intake bracket come loose. Throttle seemed stiffer than normal, and right as I pulled into a parking lot, it rev'ed like crazy. The only difference is I have fuel+ign cut, so it sounded like an assault rifle. Since your revs are kinda slow, I think the TB is only partially open.

Another thing could be something stupid like loose wiring keeping the pedal down, cable binding from a worn throttle cable, or a sticky throttle body.
