Heli-Coil or oversize turbo bolt holes?

Heli-Coil or oversize turbo bolt holes?
One of the threads on my turbo's exhaust flange is stretched... It won't hold a bolt tight... Would you guys recommend heli-coiling it or drilling it out and oversizing it? I was thinking about oversizing all of the holes to 1/4-20. Would that work?
