years ago this guy near where I live, had a white cx with built b16 bottom with gsr head, to4e turbo. ran 11.5@126 he beat a trans am with a 200 shot, turbo 240's many other cars. but I cant say this means it has any advantage over a straight b16.

GSR heads have 3cc's less than a b16 head. You would be better off with the b16 head unless you wanted higher compression. Which you dont, because you are going turbo....

See my sig. I only used the GSR head because that's what was salvagable from my gsr motor when I cracked the sleeve. . .There is really no difference. Maybe slightly more flow from the b16 head, because it is a pr3 cast. .

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Ls1 FD3s &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">GSR heads have 3cc's less than a b16 head. what most people forget is the port angles and injector spray angles of the gsr head
hold on to that gsr head.
